I knew what hairstyle suited me but never really found a hairstylist who knew what I was talking about and how I really, really wanted it cut. On certain days, I would “accidently” stlye it the right way I wanted but I could never, ever repeat that. Until 6 months ago.. I found the perfect hairstylist, who cut my hair just the way I wanted, styled it just right and showed me how to do it too. that’s when I went from lost- to getting by- to confident!! Yay!!!!

I love your tips! I do buy clothes only if I absolutely love them.. in fact I hug myself in them when I absolutely love them and how I look in them.
But yes I must start paying attention to how I feel in them– they must feel right and I must stop blaming myself if I don’t look good in them.

My husband seems to be type 4. I seem to have some of type four, wanting to move through problems to quickly be happy with things, but I have to talk about things and share feelings to get to the point. I like to be spontaneous in getting out and about but want a very stable and structured life in the home.. I do not know the 1 and 3 types. My husband is very loyal and seems to shut down with things sometimes but that may just be a weakness because he doesn’t prefer communicating..like at all about a problem. ? PS I love your website and want to learn more about dressing your truth that seems so wonderful!

I feel very doubtful that the right colors, fabrics texture &/or pattern is going to make me feel better about shopping. I am up to a size 16 or 18 now , am 56 years old and just absolutely have no idea what to wear ….ever. I was so skinny (size 6 ) for so long & now I look in the mirror and think …. this can not be me.
