What is your return policy?
Our business objective is to provide our clients with high quality products with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, simply return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).
So that we can process your request as quickly as possible and improve our products and services, we ask that you contact us at returns@liveyourtruth.com via email to let us know why your are returning the item. We will then provide you the return shipping address to our return facility and with the appropriate return merchandise authorization, which is required before shipping any merchandise back to us. Please print the authorization code on the outside of the return package. Returned items without an authorization code will not be processed. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Returns may take up to several weeks to process once we have received the item. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have processed the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.

How do I view the course(s) I purchased?
When you placed an order for Dressing Your Truth, you created a unique login with your email address & a password. Go to http://member.liveyourtruth.com & enter these in the appropriate blanks. The course(s) you have purchased will be in your account. Simply click on the course title.
Which Course should I purchase? What if I’m not sure of my Type? -
The first step is to make sure you have determined your Beauty Profile. You can learn your dominant Beauty Profile or Energy Type by reading Dressing Your Truth- Discover Your Personal Beauty Profile, or taking the online Beauty Profile course. You can also learn your Energy Type by going to www.myenergyprofile.com and taking the online course,or reading “It’s Just My Nature.” If you are still unsure see many of the helpful and insightful videos on thecarolblog.com
Should I buy another course for my secondary Energy Type?
NO! You should always dress in your primary Energy Type. If you start to mix you will become more confused and will not create the movement you want to bring out your best look. You will naturally be drawn to how to bring in secondary features, and we will give further explanation in our memberships programs.
What is included in the Dressing Your Truth Online Course?
The Dressing Your Truth course is a HD quality video course that takes you through the 5 Elements of Dressing Your Truth, how to choose the best type and style of Jewelry and Accessories, Make-up type and application, Hair care/color/cut/style and product application. It is a complete course that will get your well educated so you can start Dressing Your Truth.
You will also receive via mail a Style Guide for each Type that you purchase. The Style Guide will assist you in your shopping experience to make sure you have the proper movement in the clothing you buy on your own. This is a $35 value and is invaluable as you start to apply the Dressing Your Truth model.
How long is the course?
The course start to finish is just over 3 hours. You can start, pause and stop it anywhere, and can jump from one section to the other at anytime.

You can access the course at any time.
How long can I access the course for?
Once you purchase the course it is yours for as long as you want it.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the shipping option you choose shipping can take 3-5 days. Please allow 24 hours before shipment is sent out. You will receive an email confirming your shipped product and will include a tracking number.

You ran out of the item(s) I wanted to buy?
The product quantities are limited and may sell out quickly. Some items we will keep in stock, and others we will have for only a limited time. If you find something you like we suggest you purchase it right away as it could quickly sell out. We are constantly adding new products for each Type so come back often to see what we have.
Can I buy different Type products even if I am not that Type?
Yes. However, if you are a Type 2 and want to buy Type 3 products for yourself you will not be Dressing Your Truth and will be out of harmony with your energetic movement and it will not support you. You can certainly buy any products you want.
Do you have DVDs available for the course at this time?
We do not currently have the course in DVD format. If we create them we will let you know in an email.
How do I get more support?
